We offer free shipping to anywhere in the US for $75+ orders. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from our studio in San Diego, CA.
  
S H I P P I N G  -  I N T E R N A T I O N A L
While we do not accept direct international orders at this time, we suggest creating an account with Shipito which enables international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to the appropriate international destination. The shipping cost is up to 80% lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money and helps us keep things simple! And for full disclosure, we make a small referral fee for each new customer we refer to Shipito.
 
R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is marked as final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
Returns
We offer 30 day returns to the original form of payment— if you'd like to initiate a return, please email us at hello@natalieborton.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return and we'll help you out!

Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it—all you have to do is ship your product back and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge. Email us at hello@natalieborton.com to get an exchange started.
Repairs
We offer free simple repairs (like a broken chain or clasp). Please email your repair request to us at hello@natalieborton.com and include a description of the repair needed, a photo of the item in need of repair and also your current mailing address so we can keep that on file and make sure your repaired item will get back to you safely. Repairs are done once a month — thank you for your patience.
