We ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat rate of $5, and we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from our studio in San Diego, CA.
  
S H I P P I N G  -  I N T E R N A T I O N A L
While we do not accept direct international orders at this time, we suggest creating an account with Shipito which enables international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to the appropriate international destination. The shipping cost is up to 80% lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money and helps us keep things simple! And for full disclosure, we make a small referral fee for each new customer we refer to Shipito.
 
R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S
We accept returns or offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is marked as final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
Returns
If you'd like to make a return, know that we are extending our return window in 2020 and being very flexible with returns this year since deliveries have been taking longer due to COVID. If your item was ordered less than 30 days ago, you can send it to us at this address and you'll be refunded when it arrives and is processed (if it's been longer, please confirm with us that we can accept the return before sending it our way—shoot us an email at hello@natalieborton.com and we can help you out!)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it—all you have to do is ship your product back and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge. Email us at hello@natalieborton.com to get an exchange started.

Return Shipping
If you'd like to return your product, email hello@natalieborton.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
